Business Capabilities model
Capability Management Council – Cross-department council (operations, strategy and enabling capability teams) responsible for continual capability alignment, heat assessment parameters, issue resolution /escalation, and capability classification.
Capability Owner – VPs responsible for the achievement of KPIs for their capability family and the effective/efficient processes contained within their assigned capabilities
Capability Steward – Responsible for delivery of capabilities, maintenance of capability maps and ratings, and creation of gap closure projects
Project Manager (EPO) – Responsible for the successful execution of project delivery, on-time, on budget-which close capability gaps
Process Manager – Manager of the continual alignment of capability processes and the report of results and after action reviews
Business Architect – Responsible for the design of capability architecture and critical integrative processes
IT Architect – Enterprise and Portfolio IT Architects assist in assessing of gaps/heat and the design and sequencing of projects.
Unit/Budget Manager – Manages availability of resources needed on projects.
